I have been a training individuals online and across the world since I started out as a PT. With satisfied clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, Italy, Australia and the US I am used to working across time zones and borders. My group classes have a very international feel to them but they are all conducted in English!
Each 1-1 session is designed specific to the client and their needs and is part of a longer term strategy to help reach those goals. Be it weight loss, toning, putting on muscle, rehabilitation, fitness for sport or just getting going again after a lay off, for whatever reason I can help.
With minimal equipment in minimal space I provide daily workouts for 2 to 25 people. By using Zoom, FaceTime or Skype I demonstrate the exercises then let the clients take it away. I constantly feedback on improving technique and posture to make sure my workouts are not only fun but safe.
The changes that take place during and post pregnancy are, without wishing to state the obvious, huge. Each trimester presents new challenges. Hormone levels differ, joint integrity will be compromised, blood pressure changes, certain muscle groups may be forced into a separated position. All of these are carefully considered during the planning of your post partum regime. A very gentle approach to getting back into exercise after childbirth is essential as is expert guidance.
