I create an environment where building confidence is as much a part of the package as building muscle. I will push you but not too hard, just the right amount- as you will see in the many testimonials below.
That is another whopper too! If you want to make positive changes to your lifestyle, health and wellbeing then there is always a way. My sessions typically last 45 mins so we can train at lunchtime, before or after work or even at the weekend. It often boils down to where your priorities lie and how much you want to make those changes you so often think about. Some people starting out prefer a 30 minute session and build up to a longer one, and that's a great way to get going.
You don't need to be a member of a gym to train with me. Working out in a park or by water is proven to be much better for your spirits . If we are training online then a a couple of square meters and a sturdy chair are all you need to get going. I will send you some resistance bands, if you don't have any, and we will go from there. There's so much you can do and achieve with minimal equipment.
