My goal is to get you to where you want to be and online training is a fantastic medium for that. Assuming you have a reasonable internet connection I am able to see and guide you through our sessions in a safe and sustainable way.

If I had a penny for every time I heard that! Everybody starts somewhere and the sooner you get going the better. Training with me you will be in an environment where building confidence as well as muscle is part of the package. I will push you but not too far, just the right amount for your goals.
That is another whopper too! If you want to make positive changes to your lifestyle, health and wellbeing then there is always a way. My sessions typically last 45 mins and I travel for convenience so we can train at lunchtime, before or after work or even at the weekend
You don't need to be a member of a gym to train with me. Working out in a park or by water is proven to be much better for your spirits- unless you have a 'thing' for mirrors, strip lights and the smell of other people's pits.
I am based in Highbury but travel all over London to train with with my clients, working around their schedules to bring them the best experience.
