After years of working in the City I decided to reevaluate what really mattered and decided to follow my passion and retrain as a personal trainer. It's the best decision I have ever made. Seeing my clients get happier, fitter and stronger is more rewarding than I could have imagined.
I have been a competitive rugby player and cricketer since I was at school- and since then I learned to love being fit, strong and lean. I train six days a week and find it keeps me balanced and happy.
I have competed in triathlons, half marathons and 10ks, as well as chasing balls and can often be found doing the Highbury Fields ParkRun- when work permits.
Each training session and plan is designed for the individual client focussing on getting them to their short, medium and long term goals quickly, safely and sustainably. After a few weeks of consistency clients will start to notice results.
Just like any field of science, our understanding of health and fitness is continually evolving and that's why I regularly attend training courses and lectures to keep abreast of the latest, so that I can ensure you are getting the most out of our sessions.
Most of my clients aren't gym lovers. Some find it intimidating, or just simply unappealing. That is why I don't tend to train in gyms, we go outside, or in a place you like so you are able to get the most out of the session in a friendly and supportive environment. I know that everyone is at a different stage in their fitness journey, and we will find the right way for you.
